Hi, I'm Kristen.
I'm an Oklahoma girl raised by a single mom, so I learned early what it looks like to hold a whole life together with grit and a good plan.
I spent years in corporate operations building the systems that kept big teams running. Then I was passed over for a raise because of one mistake, and something clicked. I didn't want someone else deciding what my work was worth, or when I could show up for my kids.
So I started building Rise + Root in the in-between: early mornings, lunch breaks and the hours after bedtime. It's only a season, and it's the season that's building our freedom.
Today I help purpose-driven founders build businesses that can hold their big ideas, with the systems and support to grow without burning out.
